Algerian law doesn't require a written form for a sale between individuals to be valid, but a written document remains recommended: beyond a certain amount, testimonial evidence is in principle not admitted in case of a dispute.
Between the undersigned: on the one hand, , residing at , hereinafter referred to as "the Seller"; and on the other hand, , residing at , hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer"; it has been agreed between the parties as follows.
The Seller sells to the Buyer, who accepts, the following item: .
This sale is agreed and accepted for the price of (), which the Seller acknowledges having received in full from the Buyer upon signing this contract, for which full and final receipt is hereby given.
The item is sold in its current condition, free of hidden defects, as inspected and accepted by the Buyer prior to purchase. The Seller declares being its rightful owner and that it is free of any charge or third-party claim.
Ownership and possession of the item pass to the Buyer as of the signing of this contract.
